Tell our team about your dreams for the space. We'll discuss a general outline of your landscaping and construction project. Then we'll schedule an on-site consultation within the week based on your availability between 7 am and 5:30 pm on workdays.

We'll arrive at your property to discuss your landscaping and outdoor living space ideas in detail. You can share any inspiration pictures, and we'll provide examples of past projects and layouts through our Shutterfly design book. During the on-site visit, our team will complete a site analysis to note your property's drainage needs, dimensions, circulation patterns, sun azimuths, and more.

Based on the details of the on-site visit, our team will create a preliminary design of your new landscape with plant and material options for hardscaping, outdoor living space construction, and landscaping. This design plan will also include a cost estimate.

The final design plan will be submitted to you via email with the final cost laid out in detail, a comprehensive design, and a contractual agreement for the entirety of the build and installation project. At this stage, we also collect design fees (which are refunded if you choose our team to handle the project) and a 10% deposit to finalize scheduling.

Our team will break ground on your new landscape and being installing the drainage, plantings, hardscaping features, and more. This stage starts with a pre-construction meeting to locate utilities, inform neighbors about construction, discuss the project details, and more. We will collect a percentage of the job cost at the beginning of the project, in the middle of construction, and once the project is complete. Your project manager will also keep you apprised of developments and progress throughout the project.

Once installation is complete, your project manager will conduct a final walk-through with you, finalize any finishing details and touch ups, and collect the final payment.

Before we leave, our team will walk you through maintenance and operation for your water features and irrigation. We provide the following warranties:

• 2-year warranties on irrigation systems
• 1-year warranties on plantings that we install and irrigate
• 5-year warranties on hardscapes
