We are properly insured. We maintain full liability, auto, and workman’s comp insurances.  Should you require a certificate of insurance before we start your project we would be happy to do so.  

Yes!  We have worked with pretty much every HOA in town over the years and are familiar with their requirements.  If we haven’t we’ll find out!  We can help guide you through that process and provide all of the materials required for HOA approval.  

It is a good idea to drain your sprinkler system when temperatures are consistently getting below 32 degrees in the evening to prevent damage to your backflow prevention device.  We do not offer this service but can walk you through the steps should you want to do it yourself.  

That depends on the size of your feature.  Bubbling boulders and smaller features will need to be turned off and the pump pulled out for the winter, we can show you how to do this.  Larger features such as streams and ponds can be run throughout the winter as long as it’s flowing at 6,000 GPH and has an aerator in the pond portion.  

Usually not, the common gas lines installed by builders are 60k BTU which is perfect for a grill.  Our fire pits start at 120k BTU and go up from there.  We have a licensed gas company come and install all new lines to fire pits.
